Statewide Apprenticeships is an independent, community-based not for profit organisation that has been servicing the employment and training needs of South Australian apprentices and trainees, business and industry for over 30 years.

The Traineeship
Certificate III in Concreting.

Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking a reliable, hardworking trainee, to join our team and work with our valued Host Employer. The position is a full-time 24 month traineeship, working a minimum of 38 hours per week, paid as per the Building & Construction Award.

You will be learning to
erecting concrete form work and laying steel reinforcing
pouring, spreading and levelling concrete using screeds and templates forming expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straight edges
wetting concrete and rubbing with abrasives to finish vertical surfaces covering concrete with plastic sheeting and sand to cure it.

About you

• Keen interest to learn trade with commitment to 24 month traineeship.
• Physically fit and reliable.
  Able to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
• Current Driver’s License and reliable transport
• White Card (essential – or willing to get).
