Statewide Apprenticeships is an independent, community-based not for profit organisation that

has been servicing the employment and training needs of South Australian apprentices and

trainees, business and industry for over 30 years.

The Traineeship

Fantastic 12 month full time traineeship opportunities exist with our valued Host Clare Valley

Children’s Centre, with long term opportunities for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will complete Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care

(CHC30121) while gaining skills and experience on the job.

People that live locally to the region are highly regarded and encourage to apply. If you have

already completed Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care please do not apply

as you are not eligible.

About you

• Passionate about working with young children and able to work in a team environment.

• Flexible to work rostered hours Monday to Friday ranging between 6.45am – 6.00pm.

• Committed to study and ability to manage time to meet due dates.

• Current National Police Check – must provide prior to commencement.

• Current DHS Working With Children Check – must provide prior to commencement.

• Current First Aid Certificate is an advantage or able to get prior to commencement.

• Able to pass a drug & alcohol test.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Committed, punctual and reliable at all times.

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible.
