Personal Servicing Worker (Aged Care) Traineeships

The Traineeship
Fantastic traineeship opportunities exist with our valued Host, Barunga Village Inc. SGT are seeking applications from people interested in full time positions with long term opportunities for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will complete Certificate 3 in Individual Support (CHC33105) while gaining skills and experience on the job. Tasks will include activities of daily living.

People that live locally to the region are highly regarded and encourage to apply. If you have already completed Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Diploma qualification you are not eligible, please do not apply.

About you

• Passionate about working in aged care industry and able to work in a team environment.
• Flexible to work shift rosters, 7 days per week.
• Committed to study and ability to manage time to meet due dates.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Committed, punctual and reliable at all times.
• Able to pass NDIS check prior to start (will be arranged for successful candidate).
• Must be able to provide covid immunisation evidence (original plus 2 or more boosters).
• Must be able to provide current flu vaccination evidence.
• Must be physically fit and able to pass a drug & alcohol test.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible.
