We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Trainee to join the City Infrastructure team at the City of Victor Harbor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while completing a Certificate III in Business.

Key Duties

• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with data entry, records management and document control.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and meeting documentation
• Process customer enquiries and service requests.
• Assist with purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Provide general administrative support to the City Infrastructure team.

About You

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a team
• Committed to completing a Certificate III in Business.  

Desirable

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Completion of Year 12.
• Current driver’s licence.
