The Apprenticeship

Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology ( AUR 32420 )

Statewide Group Training are seeking an apprentice Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team working throughout Mount Barker area.

The position is a full-time apprenticeship, working a minimum of 38 hours per week and will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

Duties may include –

• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Mix & match paint
• Apply primer & finishing coats using spray guns
• Rubbing down, masking up before paint work
• Sanding & grinding

About you –

• Be committed to understanding a 48 month apprenticeship
• Possess a driver’s licence
• Be physically fit
• Be willing to learn & work in an active & changing environment
• Have a strong work ethic
