Location: Aldgate, SA

Statewide Group Training (SA) Incorporated is a community-based not-for-profit and independent organisation; servicing employment and training needs of Trainees and Apprentices (Australian Apprentices), in business and industry from 1988.

Duties will involve: 

• Repair damaged/accident vehicles
• Replace panels and components
• Inspect vehicle paint, trim and accessories and recommend repair procedures
• Remove paint from vehicle painted surfaces
• Cleaning of the shop
• Storeroom maintenance

The successful candidate will:

• Have a pre-apprenticeship course in automotive (highly regarded)
• Have a driver’s license (essential)
• Be a confident communicator.
• Motivated with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
• Be trustworthy and reliable.
• Be able to pass a Drug and alcohol screening.
• Be committed to the full 4 years of the apprenticeship
