The Apprenticeship
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking an apprentice Chef to join a well known 5 star establishment in the Barossa Valley.
The position is a full time apprenticeship and we are ideally seeking a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice.
Duties may include –
- Preparing and cooking food
- Make gravies, sauces, desserts
- Function menu cooking & service
- Room service
About you –
- Must be able to work weekends and nights
- Drivers licence preferred
- Have had some basic food prep/cooking experience
- have a high level of personal cleanliness
- good communication skills
- Can work well in a team environment
