Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Statewide Group Training are seeking an apprentice Chef to join a Mediterranean cuisine located in Hahndorf and Adelaide, SA.

The position is a full-time apprenticeship and will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

Duties may include

• Assist with organising & preparing food.
• Preparing food
• Assist food production as directed by the Chef.
• Ensure smooth workflow.

About you

• Like Mediterranean cuisine
• Able to work weekends and nights.
• Driver’s licence preferred.
• have a high level of personal cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills
• Be motivated and willing to work in a team
• Be driven by quality and customer satisfaction.
• Thrive in a fast-paced
• Have experience working in the hospitality industry.
• Have knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Have knowledge of WHS regulations and safety
